Demi Lovato wants to inspire you with her motivational words of wisdom.
That’s why she’s releasing a new book called Staying Strong, which will be filled with her favorite inspirational quotes and morning meditations.
The 21-year-old singer took to her Keek account for the big reveal:
“One of the things that’s helped me in my recovery is taking every day one day at a time and and I’m a firm believer of starting the day right with an inspirational quote and sort of a morning mediation,” The X-Factor judge explains of the concept.
Demi has been open about her struggles since completing a three-month inpatient treatment for self-mutilation and an eating disorder in 2010.
According its website, the book is a “powerful 365-day collection of Demi’s most honest, brave and hopeful insights. Here are her own words, with quotes that inspire her, as well as personal reflections and goals.”
Staying Strong will be available on November 19th.
