Congratulations Demi Lovato! The superstar teen has scored over 299,000 votes to take out ‘The Hot Hits Live From LA’ Most Stylish Teen Star Awards 2011!

The race was on between Demi and Justin Bieber, with barely any votes seperating the pair for the majority of the voting period. But over the last couple of days Demi’s incredible fans gave her the winning edge!

This is the second big win for Demi in the last couple of months after she took out ‘The Hot Hits Top Teen Star Of 2010′ back in December. You guys obviously love Demi’s casual chic style, and also her ability to seriously rock a red carpet event!

All in all there was over 660,000 votes for ‘The Hot Hits Live From LA’ Most Stylish Teen Star Awards 2011, a record for ‘The Hot Hits’…an incredible result, thanks so much for voting guys!

Demi Lovato Is Back To Recording Music

Demi Lovato has had a few tough months, and just recently went back to Hollywood for her career. The good news is that Demi has gone back to the studio to record new music as she was doing prior to her seeking help. However, she has not gone back to acting just yet. Or at least that is what the so-called Demi insider is claiming. Here is the quote-

Demi is recording music, but she’s not back to set yet. She’ll start shooting the show again when she’s ready.

No one from Demi’s camp has stated if this is true or not, but Demi did go to Hollywood Records so she could pick up her gold record. It sounds like Demi is slowly coming back into the lime light and that is really good. I am sure that if she is recording now(or when she does go back to the studio) her music will be heart felt.

Are you eager for Demi’s return to the lime light? Do you think it is good that she is taking things slow for now? I think it is, she needs to be ready for her comeback and only can she know for a fact when she is.

Demi Lovato has returned to work following her stint in rehab.

The 18-year-old singer-and-actress – who left an unnamed clinic in the U.S. state of Illinois last month after being treated for “emotional and physical issues” – was back in the studio recording music at the Hollywood Records’ office in Los Angeles on Wednesday, although it is unclear when she will start shooting her TV show ‘Sonny with a Chance’.

A source told HollywoodLife.com: “Demi is recording music, but she’s not back to set yet. She’ll start shooting the show again when she’s ready.”

The Disney star entered rehab voluntarily at the beginning of November 2010 after an incident in which she allegedly punched backing dancer Alex Welch.

In December, Demi settled her dispute with the dancer by giving her a sum of money in compensation.

A friend said at the time: “It’s not even close to $100,000. Way, way less than $100,000.

“Alex never expressed dissatisfaction with the settlement. I think she was just ready to just move on. She’s happy and moving past the situation and moving forward positively.”

Through all the hardships that Demi Lovato has had to deal with these past few months she never lost the support of her fans. Today her fans went to Twitter to show their support for their favorite Disney Star.

Lovato’s fans made “WeNeedLovato” a trend today on Twitter. Their show of support for Lovato was intended to show her that they miss her and hope she gets back to work soon.

Lovato has been out of the public eye since she entered rehab back in November of last year. She finished her three month in-patient program earlier this month and is currently receiving out-patient treatment.

There is still no timetable for Demi’s return to work. Her show, Sonny with a Chance, is currently being filmed without her and plans for her new album, which was supposed to be recorded and released this year, have been pushed back.

No one is sure when Lovato will return to work, but Disney seems confident that she will return at some point.

Let’s hope that Demi Lovato continues to improve and is able to get back to work when she is ready.

According to several internet source buzz, Demi Lovato’s “Don’t Forget” has been officially has been certified GOLD yesterday by the RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America). Congratulations Demi!
