Demi Lovato was featured in the Hallmark’s “Great At Any Age” Book. This was from when she was 15 years old. It says, Previously unknown singer/actress Demi Lovato becomes a sensation, starring in the Disney hit movie Camp Rock and opening for the Jonas Brothers on their concert tour.

The 18-year-old actress/singer was just recently released from a treatment center in the Chicago area.

Sources close to Demi’s family tell JJJ that she’s more than thankful for her fans support. “She is so grateful to all of her fans for their unbelievable support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon,” they shared.

As we’ve said before, we can’t wait to see what this year will have in store for Demi Lovato. Between famed music producer, Timbaland, expressing interest in working with her, and some new songs, we think she’s going to be unstoppable!

This week, her song “Shut Up and Love Me” leaked on the internet, so we all can get a taste of it!

It’s also been reported by TMZ today (January 28) that Demi has left the facility where she’s been staying. We are so excited to hear that and can also see that fans are taking to twitter to celebrate the good news.

Demi Lovato is starting the next phase of her life.

The actress, 18, finished her prescribed treatment at a facility and is back home in L.A., a source close to Lovato tells PEOPLE.

“She will continue to see doctors in L.A. who will help her work on the issues she confronted in treatment,” source says. “For now, she is getting back to her regular routine and spending time with her family and close friends. She is so grateful to all of her fans for their support, and looks forward to being able to talk to all of them very soon.”

While her future professional plans remain unclear, “Demi will continue to focus first and foremost on her well-being.”

Lovato checked into a treatment center for “emotional and physical issues” in late October after a fight with a dancer, Alex Welch, on the Jonas Brothers World Tour. What was described as a “short, physical altercation” was settled in time for Christmas, and Welch told PEOPLE she is “ready to move on.”

In November, a source close to the family told PEOPLE that “Demi knows she needs the help and knows that she is where she needs to be right now.”

Earlier this month, the singer took to her official Facebook page to express her gratitude to fans who stuck by her. “I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time,” Lovato wrote. “Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”

Disney Channel has made a statement that the highest grossing albums for sales worldwide via Hollywood Records goes to Demi Lovato for “Here We Go Again” and “Don’t Forget”.

Here is Disney Channel’s statement on this:
“Highest Grossing Album Sales Worldwide Labeled With Hollywood Records At The Moment is “Here We Go Again” & “Don’t Forget” by Demi Lovato.”

We really would have thought that Miley Cyrus’ albums would be on top there because she has done more through Hollywood Records than Demster has. This is what Disney is saying so we are not going to argue with them.

Congrats to Demster on this and just wait until her next album comes out. We feel that will be a huge seller for her. Are you guys anxious for Demster’s new album?

Demi Lovato sent a message of thanks to her fans for their recent support. Lovato, who won two People’s Choice Awards earlier this month, thanked her fans for their “love, support and prayers.”

“I wish to thank all the friends and fans who voted for me for the People’s Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Hottest Teen Stars of 2010. I want to make sure my fans know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank you for standing beside me through it all.”
